Jon Ericson's "voting currency" equation

https://hermeneutics.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/132/what-does-a-vote-mean-on-the-biblical-hermeneutics-stack-exchange#comment423_181 It seems to me that (very roughly) if you have reputation > 10*votes you are getting more "voting currency" from the system than you are giving.
