Looks for all LQP reviews where there is at least one delete review (and the answer isn't deleted). These often indicate some reviewers "recommending deletion" based on the validity of the answer, and others saying "yes, this is an attempt at answering the challenge", thus highlighting posts needing a custom mod flag.
