Users ordered by the highest reputation per 1000 characters - it's like fuel efficiency for StackExchange. Use "DESC" in Order for Most Efficient, "ASC" for Least Efficient (those users who type a lot, but sadly, don't see a lot of gain from it) Filters for users above a minimal post count.
